This project went through many phases with many designs on quite. few different walls. In the end, with the help of BluePrint Geneva, John Brennan, and Paul DeRosa, we were able to paint the Covered Way tunnel on Exchange St. We wanted the mural to have a theme of environment awareness, and we figured that the perfect muse was Lady Seneca herself. Upon entering the tunnel from Exchange St., you are placed at the bottom of Seneca Lake, and as you look up, you can follow the bubbles to the surface. As you travel through the tunnel, you are traveling through the year 2024, witnessing the change in temperature throughout the year, at various depths.
